The top seeded of the South Region, Duke Blue Devils will be facing the number 2 seeded West Virginia Mountaineers of the East Region.
The Devils just easily defeated the whole arsenal of the Baylor Bears in the regional finals last March 28, 2010 in Houston, Texas in a score 78-71.
